Return Policy

GemCam values our customers and is proud to offer our products.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase let us help you with returning it.

Please read the GemCam Product Warranty that accompanied your delivery or request one from: servicd@gem-cam.com.

Our returns policy is 10 working days from the day that you receive your product, in order to receive a full refund for your purchase.

It is important that you inform us that you are returning the item before organizing the shipment that way we will confirm the nearest return shipment address for you. The purchaser will be responsible for the return and its costs, using a trackable shipment shipping method.

When you return the item, it must be in the new and same condition that you received it without any damages or defects and in its original packaging. We suggest adding packing materials to ensure it returns to us in the unused condition.

Once shipped please forward tracking information, proof of shipment and keep your copies until you receive your refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item our service center will contact you and within five working days we will confirm the return and make a return payment in the same way you originally paid us minus the original shipping costs.

Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged for the damage thereby affecting the level of refund.
